STA Software B.V. is niet verantwoordelijk en aansprakelijk voor directe of indirecte schade van welke aard dan ook voor eventuele onjuiste of onvolledige informatie waarvan de diverse modules gebruik kunnen maken. De opdrachtgever is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de bibliotheken en kan deze zelf invullen, wijzigen. Ongeautoriseerd of oneigenlijk gebruik van de tekstuele inhoud van de bibliotheken kan inbreuk maken op intellectuele rechten van STA en derden. De opdrachtgever is hiervoor verantwoordelijk. Opdrachtgever vrijwaard STA van gerechtelijke en buitengerechtelijke maatregelen, veroordelingen e.d incl alle kosten die door opdrachtgever en derden zijn ingesteld ten gevolge van of gerelateerd aan het gebruik van de inhoud van de bibliotheken die inbreuk op welke wettelijke regeling dan ook of de rechten van derden.

STA Software B.V. is not responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind resulting from incorrect or incomplete information that may be used by the various modules. The client is responsible for managing the libraries and may fill in or modify them independently. Unauthorized or improper use of the textual content of the libraries may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of STA or third parties. The client bears full responsibility for such use.

The client indemnifies STA against any legal or extrajudicial actions, judgments, and all related costs incurred by STA and/or third parties as a result of, or in connection with, the use of the content of the libraries that constitutes a violation of any legal provision or the rights of third parties.
